All our prices are inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW) of 21% but....

if you are VAT registered within the European Union but outside of the Netherlands you may apply to have the VAT removed from the prices of the products you purchase from us.

To do this you must first must email us your order and a valid VAT number for your company. We will then check the validity of your VAT number.

Once validated, we will email you a proforma invoice exclusive of VAT.

(Alternatively you can order online and claim the VAT back through your national tax authorities). 

According to EU rules we can only ship your VAT-exempt order to an address outside of the Netherlands.

(Customers residing outside of the EU can order online as normal and will not be charged VAT. Please note that the prices exclusive of VAT will be visible only after you have registered your non-EU delivery address and logged-in).
